Abstract:
The influence of cognitive psychology with its more inclusive sister, cognitive science, is greatly felt in psychology as a whole and it certainly plays essential part in modern humanistic and transpersonal psychology as well. While the mainstream psychiatric practice is still waging the war against the troubled minds by mostly using psychoactive drugs, the cognitive science, in convergence with integrated humanistic and transpersonal psychotherapy elements, may already have a more humane and less intrusive and harmful solution for even the most severe mental and emotional disharmonies.
In the present paper basic perception and cognitive processes as per modern cognitive psychology are examined and active, as opposed to passive, perception is explored. The basic humanistic psychotherapy elements are outlined and the effectiveness of the transpersonal states of consciousness in psychotherapy is looked into. The general outline of the new psychotherapy Theta Cognitive Therapy® is presented and the potential of the Class II theta state of awareness is explored. Three case studies (unipolar depression; social isolation and suicidal tendencies; stage fright) from the Theta Cognitive Therapy® sessions are also briefly discussed.

Those of you that really know me can no doubt remember me saying, years and years ago: yo, everything you want, you can achieve; you have freedom of choice and it can never be taken away from you. So just stop whining and search for the reasons for your own misery within you, not without!
I remember one situation very clearly, it happened long time ago, here in Slovenia, Sežana. Two friends and me had a drink; one of them was unemployed at that time and the other one was in awful in dead-end job. And than, these two heroes, started to whine about how dificult it is to find a good job and what a jungle it is out there. Oh, my God, I thought.
I indulged them for a few moments and then just stood up, said bye and left the table.
And today I say the same things: everything, anything you want, you can achieve!
Nothing changed in this regard, our potential is always the same.
What has changed, however, is that now I have at my disposal a direct, simple and effective method, which is very very helpful in my life: theta healing.

The most important part of the whole theta healing method is work on changing believes and emotions. From psychological and psychotherapeutic points of view this is total revolution, of course. But this is another story, called Theta Clearing Therapy :).
In theta brain state anyone can easily connect the transpersonal Self, Absolute state of consciousness, Unified Field as it is called by quantum physics. Anyone, you too!
And this contact, this awareness enables us to achieve everything!
Pragmatically speaking
When my wife and me were deciding about having a baby, I felt awfully strange. I was really apprehensive, I remember taking a stroll in nearby woods, where I clearly saw that I have tons of negative beliefs regarding parenting and raising a child. I believed that having a child means loosing freedom, I felt completely inadequate and really really unable to raise a child. Oh my God, what a mess that was!
If I was to rely on humanistic psychotherapy, Clearing, it would have taken at least one year to clear that mess up. In theta state, with the help from the transpersonal Self, I managed to clear everything in a half an hour. Thirty minutes!
And now?
We are having a child, our little baby-girl, in September and I already feel happiness and can hardly wait for her!
Thanks God for theta healing. Literally!
